Understanding Profiles and Accounts

Refer2u uses a two-level structure: Profiles and Accounts.

Profiles

A Profile is your personal workspace in Refer2u. You can have multiple profiles:

• Personal Profile: For your personal brand
• Business Profile: For business activities

Each profile contains:

• Contacts
• Partners
• Connections
• Opportunities
• Modules

Accounts

An Account represents a business entity within a Business Profile. Accounts have:

• Company name
• Domain (optional)
• Team members
• Shared resources

How They Work Together

• Personal Profile: Contains your personal contacts and network
• Business Profile: Contains business accounts and team collaboration
• Account: A specific company within a Business Profile

You can switch between profiles using the profile switcher in the sidebar.
